Terms and Conditions

Kindly read through the following terms and conditions before making your purchase at Fashion Tribe. You are deemed to have understood, acknowledged and agreed to the following terms by placing an order for our products and services.  



Placing an Order
Leave a comment stating under the item(s) you are interested in with your required size, number of pieces, colour, email address and last but not least, your name. Contact number and mailing address would only be sent strictly by email.
Invoices are issued according to the order of comments, before processing orders via emails.

Please be sure before confirming an order. Buyers who back out of their orders will not be given priority for future purchases.
*Comments with enquiry(s) will not be considered as confirmed orders.
*Prices are strictly non-negotiable.



Payment
Orders will be reserved for 48 hours. All payment details should be sent to Fashion Tribe within 48 hours of the issue of an invoice.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate relevant payment details provided in the template given in order for us to verify and process payment.

Fashion Tribe accepts payment via Internet Banking or ATM transfers to:

*All payment details for ATM transfers must be accompanied by a snapshot of the transaction receipt. The snapshot must be sent to catinapril@live.com  in order for us to send you the item. Scanned copies of the receipt will not be accepted and Fashion Tribe reserves the right to void orders without the snapshot of the receipt for verification.


Kindly verify that the correct item, size and colour are reflected in the invoice that is sent to you. Exchange/refund will not be entertained for wrong item ordered.
Kindly also ensure the correct full address is provided in your email with payment details.
All orders are processed within 15-30 days upon verification of payment.
Fashion Tribe will not be held liable for any damaged items or missing parcels mailed out by normal postage.



Delivery
We will send the items in group to ensure a low price. Therefore, a longer waiting time around 15-30 days is necessary.
Normal postage is FREE for purchase that equals and more than 2 items.
Self collect at Kent Ridge MRT station is FREE for any number of purchase.
Purchase of 1 item will subject to SGD2.6 for mailing to letterbox, SDG3.9 for mailing to doorstep


Exchanges for Defective/Wrong Item(s) received
An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective or the wrong item is received.
Defective/wrong item(s) has to be given back within 7 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag/label intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered).
Exchanges for articles which do not meet all three conditions will be declined.

Please send a snapshot of the defect or wrong item(s) to us at catinapril@live.com
Normal postage for defected/wrong item(s) sent will be reimbursed by Fashion Tribe. There is strictly no cash refund or item change unless the exact same piece is out of stock.

*Measurements provided may vary up to 0.8". Variance in measurements may not be considered as a defect.
*Representation of color of products may differ from reality due to color calibration of individual's computer and perception. Variance in colour may not be considered as a defect.

Exchanges for Incorrect size purchased
Fashion Tribe strictly does not entertain requests for exchange on wrong size/colour of item(s) purchased.

Laundry/ironing care
Customers are advised to hand wash all Fashion Tribe apparels without soaking for the first few washes to avoid color transfer.
Avoid tumble-drying.
Apparel should be turned inside out before ironing.

Usage of Fashion Tribe Content http://catinapril.livejournal.com/  that is published or shared on any platforms must be credited. Fashion Tribe reserves the rights to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this content. Fashion Tribe reserves the right to make amendments to the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
